I’m new to importing. What do I need to get started?+
Start with your business email, brand name, and the service you are considering. Product type, China origin, US destination, and an estimated shipment size make the conversation more useful. You can discuss any unknown details by email; an inquiry does not create a booking.
Can I request a quote before I know my volume or cargo dimensions?+
Yes. Estimates are welcome for an initial inquiry. A final price or service option may need accurate packed weights, dimensions, product details, and delivery requirements. No minimum order volume is promised on this website; suitability and any commercial minimums must be confirmed for the proposed service.
How do I ship from China to the USA?+
Start with product details, packed dimensions and weight, origin, destination, and shipment frequency. We can then review suitable parcel, air, or ocean options and define the service scope.
How is my shipping quote calculated?+
Rates depend on the route, actual or dimensional weight, product category, shipment volume, handling needs, and included services. Duties, taxes, surcharges, and destination charges must be clarified in the quote.
Should I use air freight or ocean freight?+
Air can suit more urgent replenishment or lighter cargo. Ocean can suit larger planned shipments. Compare inventory timing, cargo volume, and total landed costs for your shipment.
Can you support dropshipping and fulfillment from China?+
We can review China-based inventory storage, order preparation, packing, and dispatch. SKU details, order volume, product suitability, and operating instructions must be agreed before onboarding.
Can you work with my Shopify store?+
Shopify or order-system integration is available for review. The connection method and supported functions are confirmed during onboarding. Automatic order, inventory, and tracking synchronization are not assumed.
Who is responsible for customs duties and import requirements?+
Responsibilities depend on the agreed trade and service terms. The importer must confirm product admissibility, documentation, duties, and taxes with the appropriate qualified advisers. No blanket duty-free treatment is promised.
Can you ship batteries, liquids, or other restricted products?+
Product acceptance depends on the route, carrier, documentation, and handling requirements. Disclose special products before requesting a quote; acceptance requires confirmation.
What tracking and delivery estimates will I receive?+
Available tracking, reporting, and delivery estimates depend on the chosen channel. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, and destination conditions.
